You can buy the best groceries in the world.

But if the roads to your house are blocked, nothing gets delivered.

Your gut works the same way.

You can eat the “right” foods all day.

If digestion is stressed and nutrient absorption is poor, those nutrients never fully reach your cells.

Result: you stay tired, foggy, and frustrated, even with a “clean” diet.

This is why I stopped asking people only:

“What do you eat?”

I started asking:

“How do you feel after you eat?”

Do you notice:

– Bloating or tightness in your stomach

– Discomfort or heaviness that makes you want to lie down

– Or absolutely no change in your energy after meals

Those are clues that the roads in your “delivery system” are jammed.

Your body is working hard to move food through, instead of smoothly breaking it down and absorbing what you need.

When you support gut health and digestion, the same meal can feel completely different.

Less bloating.

Smoother digestion.

And most importantly, more usable energy.

So if you are eating well but still feel drained, do not just upgrade your groceries.

Improve the roads.

Focus on:

– Slowing down and chewing fully

– Choosing foods that your body actually tolerates

– Supporting your gut with nutrients that help digestion

You are not only what you eat.

You are what you absorb.
