Though, the researchers never looked into whether the college students actually drank the water. Nor did they clarify the facts behind their study findings. All the same, the researchers were able to hypothesize that drinking enough water for students could help them improve their thinking, stay calm and combat anxiety- factors which could deter their good performance.
Other researchers have recommended that staying hydrated keeps the memory sharp, stabilises the mood and keeps motivation at an intact level.

Water keeps your lips and throat moist and prevents them from staying dry. Dry mouth could result in bad breath/unpleasant mouth taste- and in fact, even promote cavities.

Dehydration reduces your blood volume, so your heart needs to work harder to pump more blood in order to make up with the reduced amount of blood- to get more oxygen to the cell which makes everyday activities such as walking and exercises- a difficult process.
WATER CALMS THE BODY
The body releases heats by the expansion of the blood vessels found close to the surface of the skin (ever wondered why your face gets red while exercising?), resulting in more heat and more blood flow being dissipated into the air. However, when your body gets dehydrated, it requires a higher environmental temperature to boost the wideness of blood vessel, so you stay hotter.
WATER IMPROVES THE FUNCTIONALITY OF JOINTS AND MUSCLES

HOW DO I STAY HYDRATED?
