Most people do not have a clear way to decide which health products actually deserve a place in their life. They buy from ads, friends, or impulse, then wonder why they still feel tired and sluggish.
This is the simple 4 step filter we use to design and explain our own products. It keeps you focused on what is real instead of what is shiny.
STEP 1: INGREDIENTS QUALITY
Look at the label slowly.
• Can you recognise most of the ingredients without searching every word?
• Is it mostly real nutrients, or a long list of fillers and flavours?
If the ingredient panel looks like a mystery, treat that as a red flag.
STEP 2: PURPOSE
Ask one clear question: What exact gap is this filling for my body?
Energy in the afternoon. Protein at breakfast. Micronutrients you miss daily.
If you cannot explain the purpose in one simple sentence, it is probably clutter, not support.
STEP 3: TIMING
Where does this fit into your actual day?
With breakfast, during work, before bed. If you cannot picture the exact moment you will take it, you will not use it consistently.
STEP 4: CONSISTENCY
Be honest. Is this realistic for you to use most days for at least a month?
If the answer is no, the product will not have a fair chance to help you.
If a product passes all 4 steps, it earns a place in your routine. If it fails, you just saved money and disappointment.
Comment “FILTER” if you want a one page checklist you can use before buying anything.
