If you have a cupboard full of half-used supplements, you are not alone.

The real question is not “What should I take?”

It is “How do I know what is actually worth taking?”

Use this simple checklist every time you look at a health or nutrition product so you can choose with confidence instead of confusion.

1) Clear ingredients

If you cannot understand the ingredient list, that is a red flag.

Look for:

– Plain language you can actually read

– No endless mystery blends that hide exact amounts

If a product is proud of what is inside, it will not try to hide it.

2) Clear purpose

Every product should answer one sentence:

“This helps fill the gap in my body where I need more ___.”

Energy, protein, minerals, recovery support, digestion support.

If you cannot fill in that blank, you do not need it yet.

3) Fits your real routine

Ask:

– Will I realistically take this at the same time each day?

– Does it work with my current meals, sleep, and movement?

If it only works in a perfect week, it will not work for you.

4) Supports long term habits, not overnight miracles

Be careful with any product that promises instant transformation.

The best nutrition support quietly makes it easier to:

– Eat better

– Sleep better

– Move more consistently

It is a partner to your habits, not a replacement for them.

This is the same test we use when designing our own products: simple, understandable formulas, a clear role in your day, and easy integration into real life.

Use this checklist on our range and on any other product you are considering.
