Most people plan their day like they are a machine.
Same breakfast. Same schedule. Same expectations at 3 pm as at 9 am.
Then they crash, blame themselves, and try to fix it with more willpower.
What I started seeing in customers over and over:
They were not lazy.
They were misaligned.
When I asked them to simply track their energy for a few days, a pattern showed up.
Morning: clear and focused.
Midday: solid but a bit slower.
Afternoon: heavy, foggy, craving sugar or caffeine.
Once we saw those peaks and dips, everything changed.
Instead of forcing through low points, they:
– Put deep work, workouts, and harder conversations in their natural peaks
– Paired heavier meals with those peaks so their body could handle more
– Kept dips for admin, routines, or even short walks and resets
– Used lighter snacks and targeted nutrition support before known low points
The result was not “perfect energy.”
It was a smoother ride with fewer crashes and less self-blame.
This is the shift.
From “I should be productive all day”
To “I design my day around the way my body actually works.”
You do not need to earn rest.
You need to understand your rhythm.
Try this for the next 3 days:
1) Every 2 hours, rate your energy from 1 to 10
2) Circle your top 2 peak windows and your 1 lowest dip
3) Move one important task into a peak and one simple task into a dip
4) Add a light, nutrient-dense snack or product you already use 30 minutes before your usual crash
Save this idea and follow for more ways to work with your body, not against it.
