If looking at health products makes your brain melt, you are not alone.

I created my own nutrition line after watching smart people freeze in front of endless shelves, all screaming conflicting claims.

Here is the exact checklist I teach so you can choose with confidence instead of confusion.

STEP 1: Clarity of purpose

• What exact problem are you trying to solve

• Is this product clearly built for that purpose or is it a vague “do everything” promise

If the brand cannot state the main benefit in one clear sentence, move on.

STEP 2: Quality of ingredients

• Read the ingredient list before the marketing claims

• Prefer recognizable forms of nutrients over mystery blends

• Be wary of long lists of fillers, dyes, or sweeteners

If the label hides behind a fancy flavor but the ingredient list feels sketchy, that is a red flag.

STEP 3: Transparency

• Is the full formula listed, not just a “proprietary blend”

• Are serving sizes and directions clear

• Is there an easy way to see where and how it is made

Transparent brands usually make the boring details easy to find.

STEP 4: Fit into your bigger plan

No product replaces basics.

Ask

• Does this support my sleep, food, movement, and stress habits

• Will I realistically take this daily for at least a month

I would rather you buy one well chosen product you actually use than a cupboard full of random powders that collect dust.

STEP 5: Signal over shine

Before you buy, check

• Do I want this because of the promise or the proof

• Am I chasing a quick fix or supporting a habit I already care about
